January 2019 A.S. Artist Showcase, Winter 2019 features a variety of artists and their favorite piece of art. In early 2019 it featured the work Inclined. (see image in the Landscapes Gallery).
April-June 2019 Improbable Landscapes: works on paper is a small, solo exhibition of my work on the 5th floor of the Fine Arts Building during the months of April, May and June 2019. Because this particular gallery space is shaped like a rectangle with two walls completely glass, all of the works on display can be easily seen whenever the building is open for the duration of the time period. So wander to the 5th floor anytime for a peek. If you are interested in a piece you see in the gallery, please send a message via the contact page. The Opening Event took place on Friday, May 10th 5-8pm coinciding with the Open Studios that happen every 2nd Friday in the Fine Arts Building. It is a very casual situation. Each month visitors can enjoy wandering the historic building to see the lovely spaces, work, and organizations open that night. It is also the last building in Chicago with manual elevators, which are fun to see.
