What is your shipping Policy?

FOR ORIGINALS regular, non-expedited ground shipping is FREE and takes place within 2 weeks of ordering and the art arrives within 21 days. This can be expedited by special request. They are usually sent UPS. If you are in Chicago, it is possible to arrange for pick up or delivery, please reach out via the Contact Page about this.

FOR PRINTS orders are shipped directly from the print house to you and standard rates apply.  They will be visible at purchase. Shipping times range from 1-21 business days depending on the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your print order has been shipped.

What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?

Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges for print orders. Originals are on a case by case basis. If you cancel your order, please note that transaction fees are non-refundable, and you will incur a 15% restocking fee.

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase whether coming directly from the artist or from the printer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send a message on the Contact Page and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on.
