About the Originals:  These original, abstract paintings are created on archival, museum-quality, acid-free coated yupo paper.  They are signed and identified as originals.  UV protective glass is recommended when framing originals. Most feature a combination of alcohol ink, charcoal pencil, alcohol pen and/or acrylic paint. The background paper on all of these pieces is the same -- a clean white -- even though some appear to be off white or grey tone in the photo. This is because, although all of the paintings were all photographed in daylight in essentially the same location, the timing, angle of the sun and cloud coverage in the sky create differences. So, while the colors in these digital images are as close to the original as possible, you can expect that the actual piece may vary slightly. Each painting will have small variations or imperfections since they are originals and they are handmade.

What to do if a piece you want is labeled "Sold":  New originals are added periodically and anything labeled "Sold" is also available as a print. If you see a piece that is Sold, look for it in Shop Prints.  If you can't find it, please feel free to drop me a note on the Contact page.  I'm happy to help you find what you need.
